Terms of sale – Nordic Nomad Co
These terms apply to all purchases in the Nordic Nomad Co online store. Nordic Nomad Co is based in Norway, and purchases are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer in another country, you also keep the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

1. The agreement
The agreement consists of these terms, the information given during checkout and any specially agreed terms. The agreement is binding once you have received an order confirmation by email.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and the price shown at checkout is the total price you pay, including shipping. Shipping within Norway is free. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods shown there.

3. Delivery
Normal delivery time is 7–14 business days in Norway and 10–20 business days to other countries. See the Shipping policy for details.

4. Right of withdrawal and 60-day returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and in addition 60-day returns. See the Refund policy for how to return an item.

5. Defects
You have the right to complain about defects for at least 2 years under applicable consumer law if the item is defective.

6. Product information
The tracker card does not have its own GPS. Its location is updated through Apple's Find My network or Google's Find Hub network when the card is near other people's phones. How often the location is updated depends on how many phones are nearby. The card can be connected to one system (iPhone or Android) at a time. The card must not be used to track other people without their consent.

7. Personal data
We only process personal data to complete your purchase. See our Privacy policy.

8. Disputes
Please contact us first – we can resolve almost everything quickly. Consumers in Norway can also complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) and the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). Consumers in the EU can use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
